Clinical Psychology & Online Consultation in Pakistan
Assessment-led psychological care from a clinical psychologist and hypnotherapist — in person in Lahore, by prior appointment in Islamabad, and securely online anywhere in Pakistan.
Psychological care that does not depend on your city
Qualified psychological care is still concentrated in a handful of Pakistani cities. Online consultation closes that gap: the same structured assessment and therapy that happens in the Lahore consulting room can be delivered over a secure video call, in Urdu or English, from wherever you are.
What is offered
- Individual psychotherapy for anxiety, depression, overthinking, anger, self-esteem and sleep difficulties — see the full list of clinical services.
- Couples and relationship counselling.
- Psychological assessment, with findings explained in plain language.
- Clinical hypnotherapy where assessment shows it is appropriate.
- Professional training and workshops for psychology students and practitioners.
How online consultation works
You send a message over WhatsApp, a suitable time is agreed, and a private meeting link is shared shortly before the appointment. The first session is an assessment rather than treatment: it clarifies what you are experiencing and what would actually help. A step-by-step description is on the online consultation page.
Cities reached through online consultation
Clients join from across the country — Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Peshawar, Multan, Gujranwala, Sialkot, Gujrat, Chiniot, Sargodha, Quetta, Abbottabad, Bahawalpur, Hyderabad and elsewhere. These are online appointments; the practice does not claim a physical clinic in these cities. In-person care is available in Lahore, and on selected pre-arranged days in Islamabad.
What online work suits, and what it does not
Most common difficulties — anxiety and panic, low mood, overthinking, relationship stress, sleep problems, habit change — are well suited to structured online work. Some assessments and certain presentations are better served by meeting in person, and that is said openly at the assessment stage rather than after a course of sessions has been paid for. Psychological care is not emergency care: if there is immediate danger, contact local emergency services.
Questions
Frequently asked questions
- Can I see a clinical psychologist from another city in Pakistan?
- Yes. Secure online video consultation is available across Pakistan, so clients in Karachi, Islamabad, Faisalabad, Peshawar, Multan, Quetta and elsewhere can be seen without travelling to Lahore.
- Which language are sessions conducted in?
- Sessions are conducted in Urdu or English, whichever you are more comfortable thinking in. You can switch between the two during a session.
- How does an online consultation work?
- You arrange an appointment over WhatsApp, a private meeting link is shared shortly before the session, and you join from a quiet place with a stable connection. The first appointment is an assessment.
- Is online psychological consultation confidential?
- Yes. Sessions are private, and nothing discussed is shared with family members without your consent, with the narrow exception of a serious risk to life.
