When you request an appointment we collect your name, contact details, preferred appointment details and a brief reason for contact. Clinical information is collected only during assessment and therapy, not through this website.

- Maintaining clinical records as required by professional practice

Storage and security
Clinical records are held in a private, access-controlled system and are never published on this website. Access is limited to authorised professionals. Data is transmitted over encrypted connections.
Confidentiality and its limits
What you share in therapy is confidential, within professional and legal limits. The main exception is a serious risk of harm to you or another person, or where disclosure is required by law. These limits are explained to you at the start of therapy.
Sharing
Information is not sold or shared for marketing. It may be shared with another health professional only with your consent, or where required by law.
Your choices
You may request access to the personal information held about you, ask for corrections, or ask for data to be deleted where retention is not required by professional or legal obligations.
